Lazy juices are flowing rapidly in my body right now so I'll just do my report(s) tonight. *crossed fingers*

I went through my pics file and saw some of the pics I took while dining with Yuvy at BubbaGump in Curve a few months ago. The concept of the restaurant is based on the movie, Forest Gump.

I likeee that place. I like the decorations on the wall and the cozy + homey atmosphere. Plus, the staffs there were really friendly. The restaurant is something like a cross combination between TGI's and Italiannies.

Fyi, their specialties are the shrimps hence the logo on the table

They have a system if you wanna get the staff's attention. On the table there are two signs which overlaps each other. The first one is this:

If you put up the blue sign, that means you dont need any of the staff's attention/service. But if you do need the staff's attention/service, you flip over the blue sign and a red sign will appear.

I didnt dare to flip over and snap a pic of the red sign just incase any of the staff's thought that I need their services or something. I cant say, 'Oh sorry I flipped it over coz I wanted to snap a pic of it.' Vrai or faux?

The dessert's menu

Most of the food there are rated as spicy their menu. So it was a lil' difficult for me as I cant really stand spicy food.

Yuvy took a spaghetti dish. Oooh and I remember something. While I was halfway chomping the food, I suddenly noticed there's this one big insect crawling in my food.

Yucky right?

Showed it to the waiter and he apologized and replaced it with a brand new one. So for me, their service was considered good lor. *two thumbs up*

As usual, the indolent-ness of myself has taken over my mind, body and soul which results in shitloads of assignments to be completed by Tuesday. And I have no motivation whatsoever to start any of them. I think I should start digging my own grave now.

Hmm..I think I want a phone instead of a bag as my birthday present. Fickle minded, I know. Next thing you know I'll be asking for a new car or something. Hah!

But its not an ordinary i-see-this-phone-everyday type of phone. Its a Sidekick!

Its not sold here in Malaysia, but recently a friend told me he found someone who wanted to sell off his SK3 and asked if I want it.

My tomboy-ish part of me is saying 'Yes Yes Yes! Take the damn phone you dummy!' while my girly part of me is saying 'WTH. You've already have a good phone. Take the LV bag instead you fool!'

You see! Even my own self is contradicting with each other!

Sigh. The things I do for the people I care bout'.

Anyway, if you've read my previous post, please erase it from your memory. I deleted it not because I'm scared of what people will say, but I think things will be better without it.

For the record, I AM NOT angry at any of you. Thats the truth. Something else was bothering me, its up to you to believe it or not, as I prefer to keep it to myself.

If you have anything to say, come and talk to me yourself instead of using a middle person as miscommunication would occur. I wont bite, I promise. Cross my heart and hope to err die?

So lets just leave everything behind okay?

And thank you for your concern. Maybe its just my way of keeping it to myself when something is bothering me.

And you. Maybe the way you told me is wrong, maybe you said the wrong things, maybe you said something I shouldnt know but I'll just pretend it didnt happen. Fair enough?

If you guys still wanna talk behind my back, go ahead. I dont care. Coz things are bound to be talked bout' and its not easy to keep people's mouth shut.

I cant keep my mouth shut too sometimes.

Ahahaha!

I seriously think Group 1's timetable on Monday doesnt make any sense. I mean classes from 8am til 9pm with only 1.5 hours of break in between? Sei lor.

We have to run La Brioche (the bakery in coll) from morning til afternoon, break, then we have to listen to *cough*insertname*cough* preach in his class for an hour before heading straight to the main kitchen for service/artistic skills class.

And I prefer to have Apply Tech at night just like in the previous terms.

But who am I to complain? *smirks*

On a happier note, I just made a conclusion to have my mom to buy the bag for me, and I'll save up to buy the purse myself. I'm so smart wth tqvm. Now I'll just have to wait til my mom's free to go shopping with me. What a workaholic pfft.

Last but not least before I head to the bathroom to have my shower before heading to class (3pm), a message to Yuvy and Mel.

Babes, lets have our Girls Night Out soon. I miss you guys. And I miss melacurkan the camera with you two. Oh and that reminds me, where the hell are the photos that you promised to send to me Yuvy?! No more muffins for you hurmph.

Cupcakes { freed on 12:00 AM

I was bored out of my wits last Sunday, walking back and forth in the living room trying to figure out something to do besides taking a "short" nap.

So I decided to bake.

Vanilla cupcakes with buttercream + glaze icing

Didnt really have time to think of a better decorating work since I was going for grocery shopping with my mom soon. So cincai only lor.

I ate 1, my mom ate 1 and both my younger sisters took 2 each. Leaving 6 cupcakes left. Guess what? Coincidentally a friend of my mom actually called her and ask if I baked anything that day coz she was planning to do some small gathering at her house and didnt have enough erm pastry 'snacks'.

So my mom decided to give her all 6 cupcakes. Was horrified since the decorating was cincai-ish. I mean, if you want to give food/gifts etc to people, of coz you'll make sure the things you give are nice right?

Plus I was planning to eat them for supper. T_____T

In the end, made a pit stop to her house to send the cupcakes before driving off to Carefour. She wanted to pay for them but since I was feeling a little embarassed bout' the icings so I decline.

I'm so nice wth

Oh well at least the feedbacks were good. Apparently one of the guest (another friend of my mom) told my mom that she thought the cupcakes were only as a decoration on the table and are not edible so she didnt eat it. =.='

So my mom told her dont worry since her daughter (moi) would make new ones for her to sample. Oh and plus, I have to make 30+ cupcakes/muffins this Sunday for my mom's open day at her office. Gee. Think I got a lot of free time meh?

I should ask for wages from my mom.

1 hour = RM5!

Okay first of all, what is superstition? (just in case you dont know)

I was/am not a superstitious person.

Okay I lied. I am a little superstitious. But I wont tell you of what or you'll be rolling on the floor laughing. Hurmph

Anyway, my older sister is kinda superstitious bout one particular thing. She said, whenever she dreams of her gum's bleeding and the tooth is gonna come out, someone is going to get hurt. But worse of all, if the tooth fell out, someone is going to die.

Scary isnt it?

I usually will laugh at her for believing in that crap.

This morning I dreamt that my gum's bleeding. But I cant really remember if the tooth came out or not. But I think it did coz one of my kittens died.

And its so sad coz I WAS planning to take it to the vet today but I guess its too late now. Sigh..

So I'm left with 4 adult cats and 3 kittens. Sigh..

Eventhough it happened, I am still NOT going to believe all this dream bout gum's bleeding and tooth coming out crap. Never and ever!

Guess which one is mine?

College is starting in 48 hours (or so) and frankly, I'm not looking forward to it. Sometimes I wish I'm studying at the same place as Yuvy or Mel. At least I know I have someone (two someones) that I can confide/wail/complain to.

Having said that, how am I going to survive when Mel fly off to Australia and Yuvy to New Zealand in Feb?!

Something not related to the topic, I just loveee wearing my blazer. Custom made, very comfy!

Okay back to topic.

Who am I going to message/call when I need someone to talk to? No offense but I'd rather talk to you both rather than people from college. Coz you both know me so well inside out, and you know how I cant stand some people thats supposed to be my friend.

Gosh. I didnt know I can be so straightforward. Hurmph. Probably since I'm getting sick of trying to be on everyone's good side. What did I get out of it anyway? A good whack in the heart. *clutches heart*

Plus. They probably talk bad bout me behind my back anyways.

Part Two { freed on 9:21 AM

Okay okay. The reason I didnt update this blog is coz my internet was down. Oh and I was just plain lazy to call streamyx to fix the problem. So I guess it was really my own indolent attitude that's keeping me from updating this blog. Whatever. I'm updating now aren't I? So tais-toi and scroll down already.

Soo..continuing the second part of the Penang trip.
Someone did snore pretty loud on the first night. Someone who loves going for camping. *innocent smile* At least I didnt put your name right? Ssshh, your secret's safe with erm one, two..six of us. Yerp. Dont worry buddy. *wink*

Second day, first morning waking up in Penang..

I am NOT ashamed to tell you that I was the second last person to wake up. God. I wonder how they all manage to wake up before 9am. Geez. They are not human! I'm sure Andy agrees since he's the last person to wake up. Whoops! Did I just gave away who woke up the latest?

Oh well. Sorry twin. *big wet eyes*

We went to the beach to see what activities we could do. And yes. The four brave people decided to do parachuting! I think it costs us RM50 each. Cant remember. Calvin went with Tommy. And I went with Andy. The rest just hanging around on the beach waiting for us to land face first on the sand.

Nah. We didnt land face first. Pretty close though. All Andy's fault! *pinch his fats*

Aww mignon!

Then we took a boat ride and landed in some island. Swam a little, putting sands in each other's hair and trying to drown each other that kind of thing. Fun!

(gosh, just ignore me)

After everyone's done with shower, we hopped on Andy's Citra and drove around town, finding some Nasi Kandar's place for lunch. Oh yeah. The food's nice but cant finish mine. Hey! He put a HUGE amount of rice on my plate okay. And he should know better by looking at my size. *flicks hair*

Went back, rent a DVD player and watched Futurama with Calvin, Tommy and Mischa while the others decided to take a snooze. =.='
In the evening, went to the stalls near the hotel and the guys bought junk ~~fatty~~ food and brought back to the hotel room. Well, we kinda decided on a movie night. But all of us cant decide what movie to watch. Sheesh.

But in the end we watched Saw 4. Gruesome awesome! Some people was too scared to watch and kept tugging on my sleeves throughout the whole movie. Well most of the movie anyways. I'm not naming who. You know who lah.

Since our dinner consists of only junk food, most of us *cough*meandmischa*cough* were grumbling (out loud if i may add) we were hungry so Andy took us to eat soups at some Mamak stalls. And this is where I was introduced to Torpedo Soup.

Oh yeah. I ordered Mutton Soup with Teh Susu Ais (what?) and I cant remember who ordered the Torpedo Soup for all of us to share. Below are pics of me trying out the erm soup.

Anyway, it tasted okay. Not disgusting at all.

Went back to the hotel and the guys decided to crash at Chef Karam's room. He was staying at the same hotel as us but with a better and larger room though. Life's unfair I know.

Sleepy lah

Went back to our room and they wanted to watch PS I Love You. Didnt watch the whole movie coz was too tired and yes I made another discovery. Someone else snores loudly too. *innocent smile*

Third day, the day of the competition.

Good morning Penang.

As usual I wasnt the last person to wake up, but again the second last person. And if you're wondering, yes its the same person who woke up last. Oh mon Dieu. Did I just gave it away again? Sorry bro. It slipped. *big wet eyes*

Packed everything and throw everything in Andy's Citra. Send Chef Karam to PISA first, went to fetch Sam and went back to PISA. Nyeh the place was crowded. And stuffy too. Thank God I was wearing my tank top. Phew.

They made it to the finals but unfortunately, we had to go home that very day so we couldnt watch them at finals. Mischa decided to stay another night at Sam's place so the six of us started the journey home to KL around 5pm. I was the only girl in the car mind you.

Oh and I'm sure you dont wanna know about my 'hyperemoness' (as Andy calls it) moment in the car. Its where I started honking other cars with no apparent reason and the blame was on Andy since he was the driver. So people thought he was the one honking them. Oh well.

Hyperemoness *smirks*
